At ASD Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following shipping and returns policy.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the lower 48 of the United States. For international orders, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the items in your order.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, you are responsible for shipping the items back to us and we will inspect the items before providing a refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item). If the items are opened, you may return them for a 25% restocking fee and pay to ship the items back to our warehouse. We do not accept refunds of used equipment as we do not have the capability of reselling used merchandise. We guarantee the workmanship of our equipment for a limited 1 year.
To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you instructions for returning the item and the next steps.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process the refund and credit the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or customized items
- Clearance or final sale items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can resolve the issue.
